Caring for our emotional, mental, and spiritual needs is just as vital as meeting our physical ones. When we view nourishment holistically, it becomes a daily practice of honoring ourselves in all aspects of life.

Surrounded by tropical beauty, this immersive retreat invites you to slow down, reconnect, and replenish your mind, body, and spirit. Hosted at the beautiful Pura Vida Retreat and Spa, this retreat offers daily practices that will help you create your own wholistic plan to be well nourished.

Here is a typical retreat day.

  • 6:30am sunrise yoga class (all levels)

  • 8:00 breakfast

  • 9-10:30am free time (journal, swim, read, relax)

  • 10:30-12:30 nourish seminar

  • 12:30 lunch

  • 1:30 free time (spa appointments, napping, reading, swimming, hot tub, hanging out with friends)

  • 5:00 sunset yoga class

  • 7:00 dinner

  • 8:00 optional activity (bonfire, salsa lessons, music, etc tbd)
