yoga:

getting out of your head and into your heart through breath and movement

What yoga means to me.

I have been practicing yoga for over 30 years. To me, yoga is how I connect with my own heart. Yoga is the practice of remembering who I am, what I value, and how love and compassion guide my life. This is an act of self-care, taking time to practice being the kind of person I want to be.

I practice and teach a slow flow yoga. This means that I teach people how to move their bodies, connect with their own breath, and slow their thought patterns. I teach the freedom that comes from deep love and compassion. All levels are always welcome.

I believe yoga is truly healing.

Yoga is laughing, crying, breathing, grieving, moving.

Yoga is forgiving.

I invite you to join me for a class and enjoy the empowering and freedom of being at home in your own body.

Come to a class…

I am proud to teach at Perennial Yoga & Meditation in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. I teach a slow flow yoga every Friday at noon. This is an all-levels, all-inclusive class. Come spend an hour moving, breathing and remembering who you are.
